The Scarletia Crimsona, or the Winged Blood, is an ancient dragon over 1,000 years old, unique in its species. Its origin is unknown, and it is speculated to be the origin of the vampires we know today. Its blood was used by the queen of the witches to experiment on humans until she found a suitable vessel to synthesize what is known as an ancient vampire. From there, the rest of the vampires, both natural and artificial, descended. The Winged Blood feeds on the blood of other dragons, leaving them completely dry. After draining them to the last drop, it proceeds to eat the remains of its prey. Its fangs are wide and hard enough to pierce through the thickest layer of scales and
leave them dry in less than half an hour. They have no eyes, but the lid of their skull is transparent, leaving their sensory organ visible, which functions as a sonar to guide them. They have 360-degree vision, making them very difficult to surprise. They have four pairs of ears, so their hearing is very acute. However, they are sensitive to light, and the length of their bones means they penetrate their skin, preventing their wounds from healing, causing them to constantly lose a lot of blood. However, they have a fairly rapid regenerative capacity, so this isn't a problem for them. They usually hunt at night, looking for other dragons' nests to feed on. They cannot reproduce, making them the only and last of their kind.
