The Valachian Emperor

The Valachian Emperor, also known as Sirius Von Alec Dante, is surely one of the most dangerous creatures you can encounter at night. His age is completely uncertain, however, it is rumored that he became a vampire more than 800 years ago, long before the founding of the kingdom of Valachia. Considered the first vampire that ever existed, he is the result of a series of experiments carried out by the queen of the witches when mixing human blood with vampiric dragon blood in the appropriate doses. He is the success of many failures to create a near-perfect human weapon. He rules the kingdom of Valachia under the title of emperor, however, he is the lord and master of his vampiric armies during the night. His reign is nothing more than a simple cover to feed his ranks and raise humans under the watchful eye of his henchmen, like the other counts. Under pretexts such as festivals or carnivals, he hunts his prey and feeds his ranks. His physical and mental abilities are far superior to those of any other vampire, and he is capable of establishing a network or a sort of hive mind with all members of his armies who have drunk his blood or are of his direct lineage, keeping them under constant control and detecting any type of insurrection that may arise. An encounter with him would practically be suicide.
