Female supreme Vampire

Supreme vampires are a category of vampire that has been feeding on human blood for over 300 years. They also regularly receive the blood of elder vampires, allowing them to maintain their sanity and revert to human form, camouflaging themselves among the population, making them difficult to identify. Currently, only four supreme vampires are known, corresponding to the four counts of Valachia. Their physiognomy is very similar to that of a human except for their head, which is covered by a hard, whitish, bone-like crust from which two horns grow, which vary depending on their gender.
