The Saphire City

Following the course of the river that enters the southern regions, the first city we find is the Sapphire city, named for its agate blue color. Its towers are adorned with huge golden domes that look like suns when they reflect the light. It is divided into different blocks each with a purpose, housing, shops, administrative, etc. However, what characterizes this city is its huge gateway, it's only exit and entrance to it, completely shielded by its vast walls, and the reddish rocks of the cliffs that surround it. They live mainly from bartering and the merchandise that they can bring from other parts through the river, as well as from the export of minerals, precious stones and fish.
