The demon Semyazza, the third Fallen Angel

Semyazza his name means "he sees the name." He was the leader of the Watchers, the group of fallen angels who lead the underworld, and the one who urged the other 199 fallen angels to take human wives to beget children.
Besides the leader of the 200 fallen angels, he was the most important of the 20 leaders, and to whom they all would have sworn allegiance.
The Watchers, convinced by him, came down to Earth to take control over the humans. Like most fallen angels, he lacks skin, as it was used to wrap and seal his heart in his own domain, and his ax is made up of the flesh, bones and guts of those he has killed.
