The Emerald City City located in the southern regions built on a ledge of steep rocks on the shores of the Emerald Lake. It is the last city that we will find on our journey along the river that excavates the clay cliffs of the southern region after crossing the great gate of the city of Bab.
The name of the city is given by the color of the waters on which it is built, an emerald green tone. It is probably the last place with water that the most intrepid adventurers will see before continuing deeper into the southern region, because after this same point, an immense sea of sand begins to spread that seems to have no end.
The city is divided into three exterior floors and an interior level. On the lowest exterior floor are the town's homes as well as several small businesses and the occasional hostel. On the intermediate level you can find a house as well as access to the watchtowers and various bridges that allow access to viewpoints or even exits and entrances to the city. At the highest level you find buildings of greater importance such as the parliament or the regent's palace. In the interior level of the city there are several markets of all kinds where the sale and exchange of very diverse products is carried out, many of which arrive on the boats that navigate the waters of the southern river.
The city, like most of the cities that are located on the banks of the river, live mainly from trade and bartering of products that they receive through the merchant ships that navigate these waters and in exchange they are provided with the finest craftsmanship, plates, vases or sculptures.
It is a good place for adventurers to stock up and rest well before entering the inhospitable plains of the southern region.
