The Counts of Valachia: Count Falaris

Count Falaris is said to be the eldest of the four Counts of Wallachia. He is an excellent swordsman and very gallant with the ladies. He is the captain of the Wallachian army and the Emperor's right-hand man. However, he is also known for his fanaticism with instruments of torture. These are provided, along with various subjects, by his master in exchange for loyalty to him and his armies. He is the husband of Duchess Erzsébet Báthory and holds sway over a quarter of the Wallachian kingdom. His strength is said to be so brutal that he is capable of cutting 15 men in half with a single sword stroke.
