The Merchants' Guild

This floating structure, composed of smaller individual modules in the middle of the vast sea of clouds, is the Merchant´s guild, the only place on earth where all kinds of, not only products, but also trading routes and mail service converges. The structure was originally constructed by a very old civilization with the purpose of being an
sustainable city, with an infinite power supply, as it uses the steam and the strong wind currents from the Sea of Clouds to power up the city, however, as humans and other species started to tame fliying creatures like dragons and other beasts, soon they where use for the trade of products, and therefore the trading routes where
moved from the surface to the skies, and in the end the merchants guild settle in the city, where minister was specifically created by the original Gobernator to regulate the trading activity. But, as the merchants gained more and more power, they ended up ruling the City of the Skies and the comerce in all the lands
